how to open Settlers Mystery Box? PoE2

I didn't play PoE1, but since PoE2 (Beta) started I thought I could use some of my currency for the mystery boxes... ingame it says that PoE2 doesnt support this item. Is there a way to open it via the webpage? The site says "We've just released the Settlers Mystery Box" - since it says "just released" I assumed it was for PoE2.

The same thing is happening to me, for a moment I was scared thinking it was my issue but after searching I realized that no, it's something general, I don't think there is a solution yet.

Has anyone found out why this is happening? It's showing me the same screen and nothing comes up when I open them....??

You go to cosmetics and then right in the first tab you should see "Consumable" Unfortunately they can not be opened because this games version does not support it. I bought six of them and can not use them. Damn.
