Twitch account linked and rewards went to wrong account

Same here happening to my account. Did not realised that PoE2 created a separate PoE account. Tried linking and it didn't work.

Same problem here. Tried to contact support by email but just got a error message that it cannot be sent at this time:
"The response was: The user you are trying to contact is receiving mail at a rate that prevents additional messages from being delivered. Please resend your message at a later time. If the user is able to receive mail at that time, your message will be delivered." |

Ah I see you can actually on the top right select your other account and the rewards are there!
Sad thing is this means you have to start over your character(s). I'm still hoping a full actual merge of accounts is possible. EDIT: I totally forgot about the coins not being on the second account so swapping to my old account on which the twitch rewards are means that I don't have my early access coins :( Last edited by Tryant#4980 on Dec 9, 2024, 10:53:32 AM

I have the same exact issue, emailed support, if anyone gets more news please post I will do the same. good luck everyone

I have the same issue and the problem is that both accounts should be merged. Infact i can't add any title on the forum from my old poe1 support bundles i got.
So those are 2 different accounts that are connected. This is absurd and should be fixxed asap |
