This is true. FSR is AMD's upscaling technology, and the PS5 has an AMD GPU. Just make sure to set the sharpness to highest, as stated.
Sharpness makes the game look like crap, there should be hdr settings, sharpness is something a box tv 📺 has.

Just bear in mind TV sharpness and AA sharpness is different.
Also, input lag is completely fixed since the thread was created. The game is super responsive now.

If you choose FSR as an upscaler, you absolutely need to set the sharpness at 100, as FSR introduces a lot of smear.

Performance and input lag are still an issue after 0.3.1. Please fix these issues. I'm dying way to much to poor performance on a LAN connection on a ps5. My fiber is not the issue here....

Everyone with input lag needs to make sure they are setting their "Gateway" in the Game settings (From the login screen, not while in game) from default to the gateway that is located closest to them geographically. The Auto option is currently picking some real bad gateways for people which is whats causing the input lag.
Load balancing algorithms tend to be reliable and most times they do work fine... I would still recommend using the default and manually override to another gateway if you are feeling issues...
At the start of the league this was the go to option, but least in Europe it has improved.

I am on PS5 NA, EA.
The graphics look grainy and not optimized for PS5. Even after adjusting some settings it looks bad.
There is some character movement input lag. It’s significant.
And lastly, the game keeps randomly pausing every few seconds making it unplayable. Doesn’t seem to happen when in a settlement. Only in combat areas. I’ve close and relaunched the game, I’ve swapped gamepads, I’ve disconnected other devises (external hard drive and keyboard) and now, I am reinstalling the entire game. If anyone has a solution to that it would at least make the game playable.
After 0.3 they just ruined the game but as you can see they just do not give a shit.. they do not realise microstransactions will not buy themselves instead we are buying them.. this is absolutely pathtetic..
I play a PS5 Pro.. and it is still rubbish.. loading screens.. etc... on juiced map... either server lag or performance stuck-lag kills me.. not the mobs..
