Had the same issue but i know how to fix it.
Just wait 20 minutes ^^ Its the map that is bugged not your game. Just dont log in for 20 minutes then try again. The Map is then closed and the servers will give you a new jungle ruins map. Then pray you got an unbugged version :D Enjoy |

Well, got the same issue just now. Act 3 jungle ruins. Happend just a few steps after the gorilla boss as many other have stated.
Login with that char is no longer possible because "Buffer Underflow" pops up during the loading screen and the game crash to desktop. Other chars are fine. Last edited by Antikerhacks#6509 on Dec 13, 2024, 6:13:04 AM

I reinstalled the game, worked for me.
But as the guy earlier mentioned, it might work to just let the instance be reset by letting the timer run out. |

Temporary Workaround:
Reinstall the game Note: - Deleted %appdata%\Path of Exile 2 folder for good measure - Waited 2 hours before playing again Quite excessive for a workaround, but I hope this helps someone else. |

Wow. They were so quick to post a patch with nerfs, but a week later a game killing bug still remains. Way to prioritize GGG
