Same issue here, don't know if it helps, but it happened to me when I basically aggroed the Silvermonke boss but didnt wanna fight him so i left, but the boss HP bar kept appearing and disappearing again like nonstop even when i had frozen the boss and left the area where he was. Jungle Ruins ofc like everyone else. Act 3 cruel. Had no problems with Act 3 normal in this area. Maybe some seeds of the area are corrupted or something?

GGG please give us a button in char select screen (maybe next to the area name) to tp our char to base in cases like these if we cant get into char, or just fix please!!!
