I still have a problem loading the game. After the premiere, I finished the entire first act, without any problem. Now I can't run the game at all. 6700k 32GB 6800xt

You can't unless you just updated to 24H2 just recently ... You would have to make fresh install your windows and download 23H2 on 3rd party website.

I'm also having a crash issue on act 2 onwards, same as kaszatricek#2731
It worked perfectly fine for the entirety of Act 1, and then on act 2 about halfway it started crashing really frequently, it's just not playable. |

Not sure what happen but i am stuck with infinity loading screen, i can only play as it should when i use VPN otherwise not working just loading and loading..
I hope this is something will get patched asap as i am using free VPN and the network sucks, i want to play it normal. Please devs look into this network problem i appreciate it. Thank you regards |

Dx12 seems to be pretty buggy, I'd suggest using vulkan, it got rid of many problems for me.

Can you address the issue where I get an error message saying "the operation could not be completed" when I try to get a support gem?

Saying its a window thing doesn't absolve GGG of the responsibility of patching their game to work. Dozens of threads, hundreds of comments all amd x3d chips crashing on w11 24h2. This does not happen in other games. I've played hundreds of hours on this PC across multiple games without issue. PoE 2 is now hard locking many players pcs. Thats on GGG to find, diagnose and fix. They should put this in the known problems and under high priority!
