I was so disappointed when I saw all the red Xs in the micro-transaction window in POE2. I know they said they'd be available eventually, but I didn't realize how much playing dress-up had become such an essential part of my enjoying Path of Exile. I definitely would not have bought any of the MTX if they had never promised to make them available in POE2 (I started POE After the Exilecon right after Diablo 4's release). Honestly this was my most anticipated feature of POE2, sad as that may sound. But I've spent over $2000 and regularly log in to POE1 for hours just to create ensembles in my hideout. Please please please make this a priority! Thank you!

why? you can still use all the stuff you paid for in poe1. the priority for poe2 is **MAKING THE DAMN GAMN**. you can play dress up in poe1, because its all the same mtx. it wont look any different in poe2.

That's what I've been doing for the past hour actually :). I'm not mad about it, just a bit deflated. Seeing them animating in combat is part of the fun too, and I'm dying to see what they look like in a higher fidelity setting on different meshes. I know I'm being a little unreasonable. I guess I'll ust have to be patient.

I do think they should be more specific

Honestly THIS.

This whole debacle could easily be solved by simply showing icons on the microtransactions that say coming later for PoE2 or something. It isn't as concerning knowing the old MTX's WILL be coming into PoE2 eventually. I was concerned initially because I had bought a few weapon effects and cosmetics, on sale, but then logged in game to equip it only to find it say not available in this version or whatever that red text message said. Panicked then found this and other forum posts on the issue. I initially thought they weren't going to be supported in POE2 at all. Grinding Gear Games could and should be more transparent about this issue so people don't get confused and because some might not want to spend money now thinking they can use them right away only to find out they don't work right now.

Sure, in game those items don't even show up in the shop but they still show up on this website's shop.

Why make it so confusing for new(er) players like myself who immediately think "Great, I just wasted money now." only to find out that you didn't completely waste it and they will be there one day so we just gotta wait? Especially when it's probably an easy fix for the website programmer to add little image icons to the pages of the items that ARE in and since majority of the items are NOT in it wouldn't be much work because it's not that many items.

I think this is the only negative thing I've experienced so far otherwise the launch has been great. Servers barely going down just the whole shop functionality and downtime of the shop that is kind of annoying but understandable too.

Oh, the only other negative thing in case anyone reading this can do something about it is PathofExile's website doesn't have an easy way for me to access my guild and manage stuff like accepting coins from other accounts. There is like no way besides typing in the url exactly to access that page as it's not showing up anywhere else. Even when I click Home > My Account it doesn't have it show up on my profile. Because it is only updating and showing Path of Exile (1) stuff at the moment for me. My characters aren't even showing up either.

Small gripes, especially for such a massive launch and I'm sure all this stuff will get rectified and all functions will be working in due time.

Thanks again Grinding Gear Games. Awesome product and I must say you're doing it the right way and I personally fully intend to support you financially going forward with many purchases.

I actually think it looks quite different in PoE 2
But it's probably just because of better enviromental lightning, reflections and shadows etc

It’s crazy, I just purchased a cosmetic straight from the microtransaction store in POE 2, and I can’t equip it cause it’s not supported, seriously GGG, then why offer it..

Really?
That's odd
What cosmetic was that?

Oh
Well that's sucks :(

You should be able to get a refund in points I expect
But probably a bad time now, since they are very busy
I think what does not help is the lack of clarification. What MTX is being moved into the game all of them? Ok what about the league skins is that coming to PoE 2 or is that staying in PoE 1? Well if the free skins stay in PoE 1 that's kind of evil. See how I am overthinking this?

Common this skin was cool at least for me
