I just asked for my refund too. One thing is getting technical problems, bugs and long times waiting in the queue, but it´s a joke that you pay for something and you don´t even get access to the game (problem not getting in with the game saying my account doesn´t have early access).

I hope I get my money back as soon as possible, as right now I feel a victim of a scam

I would like a refund as well. I requested one yesterday by emailing support@grindinggear.com. I have not received a response yet.

I should have made the payment on the Korean server, but
I made it on the UK server. Is it possible to get a refund?

then they asked me once for information, i sent them 4 time!!!!!

Just tell me you cant get me my money, and stop delaying for 4 days.
