Hello,
I’ve encountered an issue where I cannot add or modify login methods for my account because it is locked. Based on my research, this might be due to my location (Ukraine). I reached out to support about this, and they initially responded with the following:
"We may be able to look into this for you. Can you please provide your account name, and the names of 2-3 characters on the account?
Could you also please confirm for us your Steam64 ID? You should be able to retrieve this by doing the following: Open Steam profile > Right click on your profile page > click 'copy profile url'?"
I promptly provided the requested information.
Unfortunately, I haven’t heard back from support for 13 days. I’ve followed up via email, but so far, it feels like a monologue with no clarification, updates on my case, or even an explanation of why my account was locked.
To make matters worse, I was gifted POE2 via Steam today, but I cannot log in due to the account lock.
I’m not an experienced forum user and am unsure if this is the right place to raise my concern, but I feel lost and frustrated. Can someone please guide me on what to do next or how to get a proper response from support?

After 18 days of waiting I've got a response where they asked for same info I've already provided and the message itself almost the same
"So we can look into this further for you, could you please provide us with a screenshot of the error you're seeing when attempting to link your Steam account?
Could you please also let us know your Steam64 ID? You're able to find this information by clicking on your Steam username in the top right while logged in to Steam, navigating to Account Details and your 17-digit Steam ID will be listed underneath your username on this page. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause."
Provided necessary info again, waiting next 18 days I guess.
