Hello,
I’ve encountered an issue where I cannot add or modify login methods for my account because it is locked. Based on my research, this might be due to my location (Ukraine). I reached out to support about this, and they initially responded with the following:
"We may be able to look into this for you. Can you please provide your account name, and the names of 2-3 characters on the account?
Could you also please confirm for us your Steam64 ID? You should be able to retrieve this by doing the following: Open Steam profile > Right click on your profile page > click 'copy profile url'?"
I promptly provided the requested information.
Unfortunately, I haven’t heard back from support for 13 days. I’ve followed up via email, but so far, it feels like a monologue with no clarification, updates on my case, or even an explanation of why my account was locked.
To make matters worse, I was gifted POE2 via Steam today, but I cannot log in due to the account lock.
I’m not an experienced forum user and am unsure if this is the right place to raise my concern, but I feel lost and frustrated. Can someone please guide me on what to do next or how to get a proper response from support?

Thank you so much for responding! Honestly, it’s such a relief to know that I’m not alone in facing this issue. I was starting to feel like I was going insane with no replies or updates, so I’m beyond grateful that someone took the time to reply to my message.

Same here. I understand the frustration, as i also want to play badly but am locked out of my account just like you.
That said GGG generally has good support, it's just that they must received so many messages with the launch of PoE2 since the 6. My emails to support are getting hit back with:
`The user you are trying to contact is receiving mail at a rate that prevents additional messages from being delivered. Please resend your message at a later time.`
So it's not that they're ignoring you but are just knee deep in support requests & might not even be receiving your messages since the 6.
Gotta be patient & stay sane.
