Chimera Pet claimed in twitched but nowhere to be found in game

I got the first one, then bought another 2 subs for the second pet but that one never showed up anywhere. Couldn't claim it, didn't appear in-game - nothing.

Can’t find my chimera pet to! I gifted on twich I get the drops, claim it and nothing! Are devlopers fix this problem?

Hi. I have problem with chimera pet also. I've gave two twitch subscriptions to streamers (I think prime ones) and I can't see chimera pet on twitch platform even. The other two mtx are there, but no chimera. Can u help me solve the problem? Where should I contact? Twitch/poe support?

Same. I dont have the chimera pet or the portal from Twitch. I dont really care about the portal, but I did spend money to get the Chimera. So hopefully it gets fixed soon.
