Same here. And it is 12/17 already!!! Everyday trying. The support just doesn't care!! WTF
@staff I obtained my key from a friend, activated it here on the main website 12/13/24, have been playing actively just fine (up until 2am PST today) and now I "Don't have access to EA"...

I launch the game through the POE official launcher, not Steam or Epic.

Please advise.
I bought the Early Accis access on 12.12, linked it to Steam, I could still play until 12.17 and today the Early Accis access is suddenly gone.
I have the same thing going on. steam linked, twitch linked, 70 hours in.. and now getting the messages on site and in game that I do not have access to early access.
Same issue with me , game was working fine until yesterday where i tried to play and it said that i dont have early access anymore. I had 40 hours in the game , steam account linked and everything else and now when i check my account from this website it says that i need to buy early access. Best thing is support is either never gonna answer or it will take a week. I do get that they get so many messages a day but this should have top priority.
i have the same issue. Please follow up!!!
What a broken game.. and where is the staff support ? Nowhere to be seen.
