How do I unlink Playstation account

Yeah, I'm trying to unlink it, so I can link mine. To the account i'm actually playing on, and there is no unlink option, I wrote support twice now

Same for me. I linked the wrong Sony account. Now i cannot unlink it and link the correct one. Sent 2 mails waiting for respond.

so i just emailed support because i linked an old poe1 account and added an email that was not the one i used for sony thereby linking two accounts not attached to my old email for sony and i don’t see my character that i leveled and geared up to 57…. ugh

i hope i didn’t wipe my character; can someone assist? i can’t unlink and now i’m on my ps5 it looks like i’m screwed.

I have the same issue where i linked my secondary psn account and would like to just remove it to link my main account! its weird that we cant just remove it and put another one in case of errors, ive also havent been able to see the possibility of changing said accounts while in the character menu like the others were talking? (poe2) ive also sent an email yesterday about the issue, hope they can fix it

Same issue here, playing on console PS5. Going on a month without a reply from tech support and I've sent 2 emails. I can't seem to figure out how to delete my old POE 1 account, remove the connection or find a fix so my POE 2 account will link properly. None of my POE characters show up on the site. Even tried trading in game and it said I needed to be online to do it...

It's wild there is no option to delete an old account account. If anyone has a fix here it would be much appreciate.

Same issue. I was never asked to link to my steam account on my main PS5 account. I picked up another controller that put me into my wife's account and it asked me to link which I didn't realize.
