Support wait time

So obviously this is the biggest week in a LONG time for GGG, but approximately how long will it take to get a response from support?

I emailed them a couple days ago about wanting to transfer email accounts, and haven't got a response yet, which might screw me over from logging in later today.

Should I try emailing again? Or is it just a backlog of support tickets right now.

I assure you they will respond to you as soon as they can especially when its a legitimate issue.

They're overloaded and they answered a non-critical email i sent them, Have faith Exiles, GGG is working at the problems, All of them <3

Yeah I'm in the same boat. Sent them an email about a week ago hoping to merge my accounts mtx, stash tabs etc. before poe2, and still haven't heard back.

I know they are busy with the launch, and I'm just happy that it was fairly smooth, and servers are stable even as they get more and more players jumping on.

Hopefully they get back to me soon, playing without all my stash tabs is rough but I'm still having a great time.

nope been waiting for 2 weeks now.
Gonna miss stash sale for this time since coins are send to wrong steam connected account and after nearly 2 weeks no answer still :/
WoW, thats a lot of time, than i will refund my game on my Ps5, i bought PoE2 twice (Steam and Ps5) because of the Crosssave but my accounts did not merge it did create 2 diffrent.
Than refunding and creating a new email is faster......
Been waiting a week for a response, I can't even play the game. This is pathetic. Don't launch your game if you're incapable of providing adequate support for it.
