Unlink Epic game account
Dear [Support team],
I am writing to inquire about a specific issue. If I were to remove the Epic Games link from this account and link it to a different one, would the new account detect Path of Exile 2 that I purchased on Epic Games when the early access launches? The current account doesn't recognize my purchase; I linked it after making the purchase, and I'm unsure if that has affected anything.(see Edit 3) I've found a previous account with my Path of Exile 1 data. Therefore, I would like to have all my data consolidated into one account. So, I would like to link Epic Games to this previous account and hope it detects Path of Exile 2. Is this possible? Edit: I should clarify that when I try to 'link the Epic Games account' on my old account, which contains all my data, it indicates that the two accounts cannot be merged because they have the same login method. (It seems it's because the twoo have a mail adress and password. EDIT 2: My purchase still not detected: "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Bribe a friend who has a spare key or purchase now.". I don't really mind it in this account I juste hope it will work in my previous account which contains all my data. Edit 3: some people said that after launching the game through epic, it is now detected in there account. I am currently waiting to link the good account before playing. So it might be true. EDIT 4: Still no answer from support since my email of December 6th at 10:23 AM CET. I will update this if they respond, so people could know the response time. I have same or similar issue, I was link the epic account, because I didnt get a link in a mail so I've tried an another method, but it seems I havent linked with the epic account on early access purchased.

Unfortunately, many of us are in the same boat for similar issues. Contacted multiple times the support for the last 4days, no response so far. 3/4 of the emails are bouncing back because their email system bug/is full.
All this for 1 simple click to unlink an account, a basic feature... really dumb and frustrating. If you have any news, let us know ;) Pardon my english, I'm French :p
