Supporter pack points PoE2 not showing up on balance when logging into PoE1?

Try buying in cosmetic shop even though you don't have the coins. That fixed it for me. They showed up after that.

make sure you are on the right account. in charecter selection top left
i foun out i was on my steam merged account. points on my xbox account |

Having the same issue here.
I bought the $30 key for PS5 at first and then decided I wanted to play on PC so I bought the Faridun Supporter pack through Steam. It seems like it half worked. The accounts are linked here and I have access on both PS5 and PC and I'm able to spend my 300 points on PS5 but I can't spend them on the PC or the website. The really strange part is I can see my 1000 points beside my account at the top left of this website, yet I can't spend them. When I try to buy it asks me to buy coins. Even when I click that it doesn't register like some of you have said it did for them. I've tried to contact support but nothing back from them yet. |

Bought on steam but everything (cosmetics and points) went to my xbox account, hopefully this is a simple fix.

it says on steam i have these 2 supporter packs yet in game i dont see anything. do i need to do something or is it bugged?

Im fixed my issue on ps5, (I dont have any other accounts fyi) I went to cosmetics, open shop, packs (on top of screen), select the pack that I purchased waited like 15 seconds and all my point & cosmetics load to my account. Hope this helps someone.

Both points and packs tabs on ps5 poe2 store are loading forever, I left it yesterday for 3 hours and still on loading, I bought the 30£ and extra points straight from ps store but I can not use any 😢

I am having the same issue. I purchased the $100 supporter pack from the PS store, received the points associated with it, then bought a 50 and 100 point pack, but did not receive the points from them. I am unsure if I should reach out to GGG or SONY regarding this. I have gone into POE1 and back into POE2 to see if it updated, but nothing happened.
