Same here, I bought $60 Supporter Pack, Path of Exile 2 – Lord Ogham (Beta) through PS Store and currently I have 0 points and apparently, on the PoE website I do not have access to the Path of Exile 2

I'm on PC and I did initially see my 600 points show up in the MTX shop. But after those server issues, they disappeared with a following update.

Try closing and reloading the game. I’m on ps5 and now see my supporter points to purchase cosmetics. I also now see the twitch drops.
