We got our points by visiting the points in the MTX store. after it loaded...our points were loaded too. Hope this helps.

Still no points and it keeps fk'ing up trying to verify Epic account to steam

I purchased the Early Access Founder’s Pack on both Steam and PlayStation. I only received the 300 points once. So far, I haven’t received a response from support…

I didn’t see mine until I did the following:
Hit the touchpad in-game, R1 to “cosmetics”. Then L1 over to the “packs” tab, and let it sit there until the PSN store content loads. This took a while for me, but once it did, my points showed up. |

So what is the plan now? Cant really find a support hotline or similar to contact someone to get my 300 coins because i didnt receive them either. Also bought 50 coins that worked but i still didnt get the 300 :(
