Problem with Purchased Early Access Key for Path of exile 2 on Steam

Same here. I got the $30 key. Used it, and it's telling me that I haven't purchased it. Is this part of the server issues?

I got a key for both Steam and Epic and cannot download on either platform but was able to download directly from GGG, however their interface is extremely buggy and only runs half the time, forcing many reboot to purge some portion of their program running in the background that I cannot find through any means.

Guys, I bought a key for early access to Path of Exile 2 and the key doesn't work, I've already sent a message to Path of Exile support and they stopped responding
