Problem with Purchased Early Access Key for Path of exile 2 on Steam

Hello,

Earlier to day I upgraded to the "Thaumaturge of the Vaal" Supporter Pack ($160), after having already purchased the "Path of Exile 2 Early Access" Supporter Pack ($30). This purchase was made with the intention to be redeemed on steam, but when I received my key to redeem the purchase, it said that the key "can be redeemed on the Epic Games store". I tried to enter the new key on steam, but the entry attempt failed.

Questions:

1) I don't understand why it gave me a key for Epic instead of steam (I don't use Epic)

2) Does this mean that I have a problem and need to talk to technical support in order to obtain my in game content?

Same here, i only got the access to the Epic Games Launcher to download Poe2.
It says there is currently no keys for steam.

Same issue. I just emailed them requesting a refund. I bought on Steam just now, it instantly started downloading.

Same, Steam key not available under the early access keys. I bought directly from GGG so they wouldn't have to pay the Steam tax.

Guess I'll try downloading the standalone and switch over to Steam later.

I also got an epic key when I play on steam. I am not playing on epic and will be requesting a refund

SAME TOTAL BS I WAS WONDERING WTF THEY GAVE ME A EPIC KEY. I USED IT AND NOW EPIC IS TELLING ME TO GO FCK MY SELF. DO I REALLY HAVE TO ASK FOR A REFUND?
