Can't find my poe2 preorder cosmetics

Same PS5 $60 pack and no items.

It's also strange because if I go to the $60 pack again it still says I can buy it. Instead of the normal "already owned" we see on PSN.

I think the issue is once early access started it changed the game to PoE 2 Beta. So on PSN end it thinks it's a different game. At least that's my hypothesis.

I order the 60 dollar pre order pack and I have no coins or any of my cosmitics in game On steam!

Same here in Steam. Bought the 100$ Pack on Steam but no Cosmetics right now. Mail is out since yesterday.

EDIT: Renewing my license seems to have fixed it

Same. deadaim02 on psn. Bought 100$ and no cosmetics showing or coins. What gives???

How did you do this?

Same issue here for the "King of Faridun" founders pack for PS5.
Restoring my licenses on PS5 resolved the issue, but there's no obvious menu to receive the items in the Cosmetics menu.
First I restored my licenses on PS5:
Settings=>Users and Accounts=>Other=>Restore Licenses

Then I loaded my character and opened the touch pad menu and went to "Cosmetics"
In the cosmetics menu I clicked the Circle button (there's no tooltip to do this)
This opened a "Just Received" menu that had all of my cosmetics.
You equip them from this menu as well.
I can't find any other method of getting to this menu currently.
