I have the exact same problem, they emailed me back and said they are unable to transfer any items or coins between the accounts even though I own both of them, this is problematic because I would like to purchase an upgrade pack but now I wont because I am unsure what account those coins will be sent to. one account has all my MTX from over the years, and one account has the points from the early access pack and twitch drops.

Accidentally merged this account with my steam and my poe EA is on another account. Ive been waiting on a 3 day ticket to have it unlinked. i literally cant play the game i bought : c

Following. I bought EA for Poe2 on my one account and didn't realize I had a different PoE account. Would like to merge the two PC accounts together.

I have the same issue.. My main account poe1 has the 300 gold but somehow when linking to steam to get the game, it linked another account and over the last few days my poe2 characters were somehow migrated to the steam account and moreover, the 300 gold also ! Really bad..

I had to merge and now I don't have my stash tabs, mtx or the coins I bought for the EA key. I was going to upgrade my support pack but I don't know if that will bug too.

Adding myself to this. I actually have two PC merged accounts, can freely swap between them, but my twitch drops and MTX are both on the account I don't use.

Looks like we are stuffed :(


all replies so far from GGG have stated they can't move coins or items between subaccount's


this is ridiculous and I wish we were informed of this before I sank 50 hours into one character on the account I have my twitch drops but not my coins or EA


the problem here is that we own both accounts, they are listed under the same sub account, and they wont transfer the points why??? are they just too busy to do this and we don't have an arm or leg to stand on due to terms and conditions of it being EA?????


ALSO

there are so many posts on here of GGG moving coins from account to other accounts as "gifts" that arent even under the same sub account!!

so angry with GGG for this, I now can't upgrade, get to my points or switch sub accounts as I booked time off work to sink 50 hours into this, I don't have 50 hours free with having a fulltime job and children to look after.
