Early Access key for PoE2 not yet received

Am I the only one who has spent over 500$ but has yet to receive the PoE2 EA key?

Have you guys already checked your accounts page here on the website and looked for the menu entry "Path of Exile 2 Early Access" on the right hand side ?

yep, mine says "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Bribe a friend who has a spare key or purchase now."

yup, I've opened two tickets, no response at all that even the ticket has been created and its been over 50 hours, kinda wild.

I have not received a key either, sadly. Nothing in my 'messages' inbox, neither in 'poe 2 early access'.

I have just gotten an answer, as follows:
" Thank you for contacting Support. All of the PC accounts who meet the lifetime support threshold have received their keys for this already. I'm afraid that if you have not received one, your account does not meet the criteria for this. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please note that the threshold for this is $480 USD, without regional pricing applied. To clarify, if your purchases were made with regional pricing, it would not have the same USD value. " |
