Redeeming a PoE 2 EA key that was donated

can someone give me a key free i have never bag in my life before

Hello, yesterday I received the key from a friend who received it as an additional one, but I can't use it, it says that the key is not applicable to your account, I checked as the admin wrote in the post above and my account does not have access to path of exile 2 after entering the key it is still there the message "the key is not applicable to your account" please help, I will add that it is a PS5 account

on my account it says i cant reedem a key i was given a key from ggg it didnt work then i bought a key and it didnt work and now a friend bought me a key and it still wont let me redeem the keys what is going on

i bought the pack with early access but it says im not eligible for early access, anything else that needs to be done ? super confusing

Going to that link gives me the notice that I don't have access to the early release. What else must be done?

Is there anything known? Someone from the support will say something because people have keys and can't play?

Hi! I get the elligible for early access message but i did not get the 300 points in the shop, i bhought PoE 2 E-A on steam but then AFTER, I had to connect my steam account with my PoE One to get my old MTX from PoE1. I had to swap to this account in the game after connecting the two.

Did i screw myself out of my points by doing this?

This is all really confusing, keys that look like they should be giftable but aren’t redeemable on accounts and such.

Hello! So I recently Gave My Gf an EA Key, She Made an Account on the website, linked her PlayStation account to it and redeemed the key for PlayStation, and it said we are good to go, but when we go on the PlayStation it’s still saying we have to buy it? Any answer to this?
