POE2 Character Names?

I tried to use a name from one of those random generators. Hermangild was already taken rip. This is so annoying im about to make a character with just random letters

It's completely mindblowing that so many people even in 2024 aren't able to understand why unique names are so important. You have a player driven economy and your name is your reputation so the last thing you want is some r..... using your name and taking a sh.. on your reputation. If you cant come up with a unique name just go with "RandomSheep#" and add a number at the end.

Lol, sorry but no. No one knows you. I know you want to think that, but no.

People hop into your hideout, accept the trade and leave without a second glance at your name. If you got scammed and need to block that person or report, you'd have their unique identifier or whatever anyways, making zero difference.

How can people be so naive as to think they have a reputation? I think you just want to feel special. It's kinda cute.

edit: upon further reflection, your point is even worse. This is CHARACTER names, not even account names. People don't know who 666lol666 is, much less recognize the name of your warrior: Bigdonger420, or whatever lol

Assuming anyone cared to check, would this not make using your actual account name 10x better?
