Any idea on how Playstation players can buy the other packs? specifically the $160 one with that extra key.

Steam has a strict policy on not allowing pre downloads for early access content. So it has nothing to do with GGG. And wont change for 1 game.

Soooo, where is the problem with download? Steam doesn't offer it, and standalone client download reports: "The resource you are looking for does not exist or has been removed."
