Question - Twilight Order Reliquary Submission

Just sent a support email on this. Does anyone know how to submit? I see people have already done it, so how? Where? Why do they not link it or explain? Anyone!?

Looks like you can do this through your account on the PoE site. Found a button to submit a new foil reliquary for Path of Exile 2 Designs under My Account > My Designs.

I got a key as a drop yesterday.... Do I use it and once I receive the item I'll be able to add the message? I don't want to use it and that not be how it works because I won't be a fan. I've been playing since day one and I've been trying to figure this thing out since.... And yes I'm a liberator.
