poe 2 early access ps5
" You will have to do the same as me. Buy it again on console and wait for a refund. |

" Unfortunately I purchased off of the website too, assuming it would give early access cross-platform, and not just one system. I only have a PS5 for gaming these days, no Steam, no PC. |

My brother used his Playstation account to purchase the Early Access on our PS5. We have the share games on, so I know I can use my Playstation account to play it on the same console.
What happens to the 300 points though? I would like to have the points added to my POE account instead of his, is it possible? |

Hi i cant seem to find the pack for ea on ps5 store and my account is on Taiwan server, is there some reason this is happening?

The real problem are Sony, keys are seperated pc,PS5 etc! but the stashtabs that you bought on PC will not transfer over to you playstation.... Sonys bad greed with 30% of all transactions stops that, so if you going to play mostly on playstation i suggest that you make all the microtransactions for TABS etc there, because (atleast) from PC it will not follow over to psn account.

My story is the following:
I purchased the supporter pack on 4th December and then I got an immediate access to the early-access page where only the steam and epic keys were listed, so I started to be suspicious about PlayStation access. Then I found this forum where users complained about the very same issue. And then I wrote my 1st email to GGG support, and that all happened on the very same day on 4th December. Then nothing happened, so I waited ~10 days and I also purchased the PlayStation early access pack in the PS store on 13th December, so I was able to try the game on PS. I don't want to and never wanted to play the game on PC. I didn't use the coins in the shop either. Result: The final email I got from GGG support is: "I'm afraid we're not able to grant your request in this case, as we're only able to consider a refund or exchange when requested within 48 hours of the purchase being made, and the contents of the pack remain completely untouched (including points and Path of Exile 2 access)." In my opinion, GGG communication was not clear about PS users won't benefit the same way as PC users when they purchase the supporter pack directly on your website. Thanks GGG |
