Thanks for helping some of us out good exile!
I'm looking forward to all the extra control, wasd and especially weapon specialization, which should make combos more prevalent. My favorite thing about path of exile 2 is that you can have different skill tree for each weapon set. In poe1 weapon swap was used only for exploits because you can not seriously invest in to 2 different weapon archetypes.
I'd be happy to see this feature in poe1 as part of some big expansion. It gives min-maxers another dimension to scale, and opens up combinations that are hard to predict. Maybe you get your boss killing weapon set in one slot, and speed clear in other. Maybe you will start dot effect on one and swap for on-hit damage. Lets see where it takes us. Oh I nearly forgot one that is even better when it comes to gameplay feel: Skills that are not stop-to-cast stop to cast feels awful and I'm happy to see that we get more of those in poe2, not just auras like RF or wardloop etc. I feel pretty, Oh, so pretty, I feel pretty, and witty and gay, And I pity Any girl who isn’t me today! I played POE1 late and missing the growth of the game from its earliest stages is one of my regrets. I'm looking to change it this time around. Planning to try to make an autobomber with minion instability and cast on minion death, potentially with weapon swapping to kill minions.. looking forward to cooking new builds in poe2!
My account is not new, but posting for a friend who still hasn't made one and hasn't even played poe1. Really want him to join us for the peo2 journey, perhaps you can motivate him with a free key =] |

I'm excited for all the crazy new possibilities and fun of discovering new things in POE again. Like the Chronomancer. I wonder if a group of 6 could layer their time stop cc and nuke a boss down before it can do anything
My favourite class so far is the Mercenary. Looks like it would be fun twin stick shooter style gameplay on controller |
