Regional Price Doubt

Hello exiles. A friend of mine is wondering why the regional price for Chile was changed, from 15500clp to 29590clp(15 usd to 30 usd like the original price) as yesterday was different. I would love some insight, thanks in advance!

Apparently the regional pricing was a mistake and people that bought earlier had a good deal.

Unless GGG states something, we can assume the new price on Steam now are the correct ones.
GGG has not stated why only certain regions have localized prices after the price changes. There are still regional prices, but not for all regions for some reason.

There is still regional pricing that I am aware in Argentina and Thailandia. Which means is not a mistake. What could be a mistake is that a country had the regional pricing and now it does not.

I could understand why or why not but its weird that a country had it and sudenly it does not.
From what I found, the stance is final.
The new increased price is the official one now.

Not necessarily a public announcement statement but from others users that stated they had contacted GGG support and were told that the change was intended
I've only seen people mention that they contacted support and they said they couldn't comment on that issue, which is what they said to me when i contacted support.
Wonder if its a mix of different support receiving mixed information (or lack of) to relay then.
