POE2 - 32:9 monitors (5120x1440) without bars??
This was known and expected for a very long time now. Should have taken the hint when PoE 1 went 21:9 only.

" If that somehow lets you see more of the game than designed, then folks getting account banned for using it shouldn't be shocked. I'm not saying that I personally care about it; just that seeing more of the game than intended by the developer is at least adjacent to a map hack. Those tend to get you banned. I don't know what that is and I'm not really up for researching -- I just put this in here as cautionary thing to be careful with if it does what I've inferred. Thanks for all the fish!

" If anyone genuinely was/gets perma banned for this that's comical. Every build blows everything up off screen anyway, how is it an advantage to begin with? Genuinely hilarious. Screen size has no dictation over how far a skill travels or how long an aoe chain continues. Not to mention it's 2025, these monitors are widely available and widely used. They're not some form of cheat engine ffs, it's a monitor screen... What makes it even worse, I've played free/sub $5 indie games that support 32:9. |
