Or GGG can you please explain a bit more what exactly the problem is? ---- Edit: Now I got an answer frpm GGG to my support ticket. I could solve this problem, by downloading the standalone client and logged in to this client. After this I received an unlock code per mail, to unlock my account. How do I merge my xbox account into my PC account? When I try to add the xbox account to my PC one I also get the error:
You cannot add this login method to this account. You must complete the unlock process before continuing. I tried the other way and think I got a similar error. I bought the pre-purchase on xbox because I was hoping to play there on launch day, however my PC account has all my micro-transactions.... Which account should I use? |

I have the POE I PC client, I log in with my GGG credentials, and that doesn't trigger any email haha |

I have the same problem:
You cannot merge two accounts with the same login methods. I wanmt to play it on steam - not via the stand alone method. It runs fine on the stand alone but I can't link it to my steam account... |

Same issue. I just want my cross progression between xbox and PC(steam or otherwise). At the moment I have it on steam and xbox. Getting that same error and my connect to xbox is greyed out.

Got this problem too i buy the EA at Steam cause got some credits there to be spend and want to link that to my normal POE account and its impossible i mail support at friday at no anwerd yet.. Want play with my stahs and everything that i got at my normal acc Please.
