Mac Client - PoE Repeat Crashing - Macbook Pro M4 Max

Same, I'm having crashes like 1-2 minutes after entering the game.

Same on M2 Pro.

I appreciate all the reports from other users as well as the quick reply from GGG.

After looking into other Mac-related issues in the past, I figured that almost no one used Mac for POE and that GGG didn't care to support it. This thread gives me some hope.

M1 Max also affected. No issues pre yesterday patch. Currently only 1-3 minutes of play and it crashes.
Latest OS 15.1

I'm getting the same crash, M1 Macbook Air. I wasn't able to log in at all a couple days ago, now after the update, I can log in, but after 30 seconds, it crashes. Same as everyone else.

As always, GGG did not try how game is working on Mac OS. Same here, cant play

The part about support is accurate. It's not that they don't care but they do not have the in-house expertise to troubleshot it. This issue has been happening for multiple leagues. Since 3.17 at least.

There is a solution - move off the Mac based clients (either steam or the Mac stand alone client) and use the Windows based client (standalone not Steam). There is a how to wiki page that outlines the steps to do so. Each option is free except for Crossover.
