Stash Tabs from PS5 to PC

can someone please clarify this for me. Not only that I can't use steam to get pack (early access for example) and be able to use it on playstation, but also I can't get pack on playstation and use it on pc?? If this is correct I'll be getting early access pack on playstation on the 6th and then I'll be saving some money to get PC... I realise that this is all sonny fault so I guess I'll be selling my ps5 as soon as I get pc... do I understand the situation correctly? Thanks for the reply in advance.
