this is stupid, lazy, and unacceptable. if this is something you guys thought was a good idea, I really don't have high hopes for the future of this franchise.

" I'm not a fan of PoE 2 either. I will try it out once it's (non-paywalled) public but I really don't think the Dark Souls PoE will be appealing to me. It's obvious though that GGG believes slower and harder is the way to go. They're been going in that direction in PoE as well. They introduced hard mode (which noone plays) but that doesn't seem to stop them from going all-in with PoE 2. Time will tell I suppose but I'm afraid of what all this will do to PoE. GGG, I respect and understand if you HAD TO do this event instead of a new league : fine.
But AT LEAST make this event more interesting that "Necropolis bonus mods" on top... That's really really boring, and disrespectful towards those of us who have been waiting for months. Not spicy enough to warrant starting from scratch again. Affliction and Necropolis worst leagues ever. The current game design has slowly turned this game into a loot-shower fest, chase uniques are way too available; and obtaining chase items through stacked decks simply isn't fun. Rework stacked decks needed.

Some people has actually invested alot of money into the firm, and as i see it, they just want GGG to upheld their visions and promises that was made back then. That is not:" Spoilt children behaviour" That's reasonable adult expectations. |
