PS5 Client - Cannot purchase support packs

Simple, they dont want ours money?! What a shame, ill back on normal release date poe2, last days they show us how will be looks servers after 6th december, lag.by.lag, then maybe better wait little more without frustrate and updated every day with servers down for 4/6hours like last days xd

Can we please get an update regarding this situation ?

They said the December 6th. However, that day is a Friday, Sony upda f es the Market every Tuesday. So we will have to wait until December 10th to play. They could have let us buy the packs on either of the Two Tuesdays from now until December 6th. It shows how much they dont care about a Sony and the Cash Grab it is. Especially since they haven't fixed the Lag and crashing in Necro Settlers.

I keep getting an in game message:
'Failed to get catalog details.'

And second attempt results in the following message:
'The item you're looking for is unavailable. It might not be for sale yet, or it might no longer be for sale.'

Region: Europe
Country: Germany

Would like to buy some packs, but I can't.
The Path of Exile website sends me to the following website when pressing 'Buy Packs':

Here I can add the game to my library. But also I can't.
Three lines higher the following message is blinking:
'You already own another edition >'
Using the PS5 Version and the website links me to the PS4 Version.

It worked before, I bought items last July. But not now.

Would like some help or info on what to do.

...that the reason why ill wait for normal release, game looks nice but how they threat sony community deserve for only show them cross finger not money! Every platform have supp pack now and only we in a day when early access begin.. now its preorder they have time to download, preprare to play... then in day release i understand will be cheaper because we waste first day? But its your choice, ours money its not good? Then forget about it. Ill back on summer, good luck

I think Playstation has a very slow QA process and that takes time to update if you are not a Studio in the Playstation pool.
