removed jewel with 1 lightning point and it was not refunded

i would try recreate it but id want a support person to refund it if it went bad again but not sure any of them are here. Its a shame as its made me loose faith in the game a bit

There is a very simple way to check. Type /passives chat command, this will show how many points you should have (and also show if you missed a quest with a passive reward), then count your points in the tree.
