i don't think you understand what "shotgunning" means.
Two seperate hits is not a shotgun.
all hits have to hit at the SAME time to be considered that.

Not really, multiple hits from same cast (AoE overlap or otherwise) are commonly reffered as "shotgunning", beacuse "true shotgunning" was removed ages ago.

Btw, build is 3.28 viable, runegraft granting tons of regeneration to Arcane Surge effect will be useful. Will update PoBs when it's out.

Yes, delay between using a skill and totems actually starting to deal damage should be unnoticeable now. Great QoL buff.

It has to be cool, max chill effect after all ;) I'll update when new Exceptional gems are added to PoB - that's because we lose Awakened Elemental Focus and I have to check if new inverted resistances support isn't better. It would allow us to also drop Anathema, so it would be huge changes.

For now, use old PoBs, nothing changed on the tree. And use regular Elemental Focus for pinnacle bossing.

EDIT: when you convert tree to 3.28 you see huge dps loss. That's because Arcane Blessing notable is bugged atm. Have to wait.

I love this build, but it is so fragile. One wrong move and your character is dead. With multiple bosses or during invulnerability phases, it is very hard to play, even with minimal lag and good ping. I made the first version, and when I checked the more expensive versions, they had even less effective HP. How can you play with this?

For example, I tried to run the new Atlas mechanics with new_old Shaper Atlas zones and Maven presence. And on the 4th map, the boss one-shot me with practically any attack.
