Can someone explain what killed my Evolve_your_Life / New char thanks to one dude for tips ?!!

Don't play hardcore.
I stopped when they introduced archnemesis and haven't looked back.
I don't know, man... I'm playing a rather off-meta build (Frenzy of Onslaught), and I'm on my way to level 100 doing 60%-80% T16 Delirium Maps.

Sometimes, you just got to say to yourself: "Maybe my game knowledge isn't what I think it is, and the reason for me not reaching my goals is ME and not the game". While this might sound elitist, it is true in a lot of cases. And if you can't handle that, HC might not be the right answer. I gave up on HC the day I started working for a living back in early D2 days.
Sometimes, just sometimes, you should really consider adapting to the world, instead of demanding that the world adapts to you.

People explained very well your defensive so not point to add anything.

I think that's the main point of your problems. You want level of defensive that let you ignore what's happening on the screen. HC is not for you.
On Probation Any%
Considering the game you talked on the other thread, this is quite the display right here. So you want to play the more difficult mode and talk down to softcore players, but you dont want to put in the work required to learn how to build a proper character.

Now that's crazy.

My gameplay knowledge is excellent

Ya, it's not though.
Various useful posts targeting your char already. My defenses list for "vanilla" builds:

"
0. Game Knowledge
1. Movement and positioning. Dont get hit by big things. Dont get group-mobbed. This is the most important defensive layer for most mapping builds. It has player and build components.
2. Elemental resists, should be overcapped. How much depends: If you have the curses cant lower them then 25% overcap are good for mapping.
3. Buffer: You need enough life/ES/whatever. How much depends on the other things. You also need to be able to recover it.
4. Something against phys stuff. Like Armour. With good buffer 10k armour may be enough for mapping. With less buffer (most SC mapping builds) you need more.
5. Attack Avoidance: Evasion or block. Block is unreliable though.
6. Something against bleed and corrupted blood. If you dont have a permanent solution then bleed can easily stealth kill leading to "random" deaths.
7. Chaos resist. How much depends on buffer size.
8. Ele ailment reduction or better immunity.
9. Spell Suppression. Or spell block. Or some Aegis skill or some such. Or more max resist + phys mit.
10. Crit damage reduction.
11. Curse effect reduction. This ranks higher if you do not have immunity to resist lowering curses and are not sufficiently overcapped.

Delve past lvl 80 normally,
My take: Dont do Delve if you dont understand it very well and/or are willing to logout. And if you really "have to" (in SSF for getting Fossils or such) then only if your char is overpowering enemies at the depth/mods you do it. Delve is anti-HC in that you cant escape from endpoint fights. Since the nerf of Souleater its no longer as bad as it was before but without full good Delve understanding (which you dont seem to have) its still bad.

It can be done in SSF. And in this league its particularly easy to get gear without going into high tiers. You can just use the league mechanic for farming up a stronger char.

My knowledge of the game is good
If you want to do better then understanding/admitting that its not would be a good first step. (You may not want to read this again but you kind of asked for understanding.)
No wonder it's lost, it's in the middle of the jungle!
When I play HC I usually take Mining Byproducts since I'll already be running Packed With Energy, use the Azurite from that for Resonators and get Fossils from Legion, Heist, Blight or whatever else I am running. Don't sleep on Harvest swap either.

The only reason to run Delve is for Delve bosses. The gold/hour is horrid

For SSF special fossils(+gem level/s on body esp) and some other stuff like curse rings?

There exists a degen from "Frozen Ground" that (based on little research, admittedly) may not have any available immunity...so the obvious risks follow. Frozen Ground is caused by a Delirium monster mod, and may be caused by other mods as well, though I have frequently encountered it in areas affected by Delirium.

This is a relatively strong (damaging) DOT degen, which I find funny. Oh no, the ground is cold!

Curse rings -> conqueror influence

Special fossils are super niche and like 99% of crafts are done without. Gem fossil is interesting for crafting +3 bows but other than that I'd rather use other methods
