ACTUAL STATE OF THE GAME MACOS
It's hard to escape the feeling that they do it on purpose. I know rationally that that's implausible, but....
after every single patch, it becomes unplayable. I would never allow any other game to make me feel bad the way this one does. It's seductive - that belief that, this time, GGG isn't going to laugh at me for having spent money in their shop again. This time, they'll see my paltry 120$ as actually pretty good money to pay for a game. They'll want that $120 this time - they won't throw it away just because work is a drag. Every time I feel like "wow they finally fixed this dumb 1998 level problem" - they throw it in my face again. Fix This Dumb Problem. It's absurd to make it the user's responsibility to craft a janky path to a separate folder or perform magical ceremonies to trick a game into working. It doesn't require undue amounts of system resources. There's not a good excuse for it. Hardware isn't the issue. GGG needs to feel on the hook for this. I suggest bringing up their repeated failures in chats & threads regarding POE2. Offering them money has only emboldened them. If they want me to be a whale they need to seduce me waaaaaay better than "crash to desktop immediately on the rare occasion a server connection is made". |

" You can also run the Windows version of PoB with portingkit (or one of the other options on the wiki). |

I can sign OPs words and agree with everything. I have exactly the same problems on my MacBook M3 Pro. (steam Client)
