The only purchase related bans that i am aware of are doing things like chargebacks where you have your bank/etc take the money back which happens sometimes when people aren't happy with the product or at least users have posted about this numerous times over the years but GGG undoes those when the chargeback issues are addressed from all accounts i can recall.

Program/Hacking/etc bans as far as i know have never been undone because its pretty hard to prove that you weren't using the third party/etc app even if unknowingly.

Do you still have all of the exact applications you were using at the time of the ban?

I wish i could think of something to really help you but unless GGG would be willing to take your apps and test them and reproduce the thing that flagged your account i don't know how you can prove your innocence on this one.

If you have nothing else to lose you could just reinstall the game on a new account and run these harmless apps and record everything, download the original file, document it all and see if you get banned again.

If it keeps happening and the stuff you are using is supposed to be harmless and is used by a lot of the community at that point i would hope they might consider looking into things a bit deeper.

I've been trying to get unbanned now since July 2024. On December 18th, I received a promising email from a Customer Service agent who appeared to be willing to be reasonable and help me. Unfortunately, he then ghosted me and I didn't hear back from him for two months.

"Customer Service" finally responded an hour ago...and told me they were not willing to do anything for me. THAT is the answer I waited two months for.

I gave them several solutions. I am willing to write an apology. I am also willing to pay a fine. I am also willing to promise never to do again whatever I did to get blocked - if someone would just tell me what it was that I did wrong. All of those are sound solutions...just need to find someone reasonable to look into my situation.
