Everyone focusing on Dust, but Div scarab of Plenty is bugged worse than the dust nerf

But it gets worse. On the last map, in disbelief I ran back across with map after turning my loot filter OFF.

Not a SINGLE divination card dropped. Yes, zero divination cards total, from mobs with 800% increased chance? thats not possible.

Either they broke the scry feature and now divination cards cannot drop at all, or the scarab is working as 800% decreased chance
