great Guide! I started with the double wand version but i died so often that i switched to the Svallin + Glorious Vanity one.
Im now broke cause the prices on Console are pretty high. and the red nightmare was my last invest. I now have about 8d left but the farming and leveling is pretty smooth right now.
I sometimes feel that i miss some cast speed. Before the switch i also had some cast speed nodes and as mentioned before the kitava proc is pretty random.
What should i invest in next? Unnatural Instinct is >20d
I also have problems to get the dex i need. I think i can get give up the 2 Skill points top middle where the rare jewel is.

I can't speak to the prices on console and I was not able to load your character into POB so it is hard to give any advice.
The only thing I can see from a rough glance is that I would replace those Gloves immediately. Not only are there stats on there we don't need, I think it is the Gloves that are driving up your dexterity needs.

I'm lvl 87 and wanna switch to Crit/Block based..
I have everything needed except watchers eye jewel.
I have 110 passive points to spend..

So my question is.. Which 10 passive points would make most sense to remove from that build and add later as a i lvl up?

the seven points directly to the lower left of Arcane Will leading to Heart and Soul. All these points are going to be removed from the build any way when you convert to the large cluster set up.
Two points into Faith and Steel
One point some where else (you find a node that you need the lease I guess)

Your next step should be to replace your Militant Faith. The one you chose over wrote Prodigal Perfection and Arcane Will on the tree.
Look back in the thread and you will some information on how to use POB to find you a Militant Faith that will not over write the nodes we need.

look at the area marked in red. Use these drop down menus to choose the Devotion Modifiers you want. Try to find at least one that helps the build. Two that help would be ideal

I've been testing the Ralakesh / Badge of the Brotherhood setup, since it's very popular. 66% of Archmage Ice Nova with Svalinn and Mageblood use these boots and this amulet, for good reasons.
I have 8 power, 8 frenzy, and 6 endurance charges, and there is potential for more with an expensive ring. I'm currently at 923k EHP and 154m DPS, the transition added about 40m DPS, and I lost 38k EHP.
The loss of movement speed is no big deal if you have a mageblood quicksilver and silver flask (onslaught) and haunted by totmented spirits wand.
It's much easier to switch than it seems. I didn't even make any changes on the tree. If you use Purity of Elements with a Watcher's Eye adding chaos res, gearing is not too hard. Most builds use Wrath or Zealotry with some more juggling, gaining another 40-50m DPS. Mana sustain is not an issue surprisingly, I thought Atziri's Foible would be harder to give up. I also switched out my Militant faith for one which gives ele res per devotion, to make gearing a little easier.

This is by no means the ceiling. You could pour several mirrors into the setup, see here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gwvLl8aT1kY&t=1s
if you check his setup you'll notice that just the implicits (doubled by kalandra) from the rare ring (+1 pcharge/+6 spell damage per pcharge) make him go from to 150M dps to 240M...
it doesn't seem worth the effort switching to ralakesh/botb unless you have similar gear
i would like to apologize...
while testing in pob i didn't anointed the badge... my bad, sorry.
ralakesh/badge will in fact boost the dps a lot (from 160M to 200M in my case).
having said so, i honestly couldn't feel the dps increase ingame (tried some test runs against regular searing exarch) and, to be completely honest, the mana regen felt very scuffed...
did someone else tried it?

I have not tried it.
I do not think you are the only one though who feels the mana regen needs help in this version. Looking on POB, many players jump through some hoops to get their mana regen back in this version.
