I have about 70-100 Div I can use for upgrades

you have the wrong militant faith for 2 reason:
firstly it overrides your power charge and secondly (and most important) it's not a dominus militant faith.

you have a faith with "Carved to glorify [number] new faithful converted by High Templar Maxarius" which instead of Inner Convition gives you Transcendence (this is what set your max res to 60%).

you really want to sold that one and buy one that says:
"Carved to glorify [number] new faithful converted by High Templar Dominus"

please post an updated POB so that we can look at a clean slate.

I would like to introduce every one to my big boy wand I just got.

Raises my base damage from 103m to 119m, and tops off at 141m when focused.

(and these numbers are with my Gold flask allocated. When I need more damage, I will be using a Sulphur flask in place of the Gold)

I do T17 regularly, mostly to farm 8-mod maps. With our builds, it's really smooth. I just make sure to reroll dangerous T17 mods. This is what I do, but some of the mods I avoid may not be that bad anymore since the recent patch. I do both these Regexes:

- T16: "!gen|tal d|ur$|s rec|eec|re he|rses"
- T17: "!ever|cores|wb|rke|ss are"

If you have a better T17 regex, let me know! Also make sure to roll sum of quant and scarabs > 100%, or for maps, depending on what you farm. And don't forget to chisel.

Congrats on the new wand, looks sick. I really like the focus skill. I got this one for 125 div, maybe I overpaid but it's not bad either:

the mapping was super smooth, but to be fair the map mods were pretty easy.
the hardest thing were the 3 curses, but mageblood completely negates those.

i just wanted to see how it was the t17 mapping after all the upgrades that i have got, so i didn’t ran it with a particular atlas strat, i just slammed beyond, delirium, domination and red altars to it.

there were zero problems or close call while mapping, so i think that t17s are a super doable farming strat for us.

quick question , when i switch to the big cluster jewel ver , i have to socket elemental weakness in my wand which i have to cast manually like arcanist brand right ?

Nope, you can't cast it manually, i's triggered by you casting Arcanist Brand!

you have to socket ele weakness in place of conductivity in the brand setup.
conductivity need to be moved oin the svalinn (socketing out wave of conviction).

at that point the curse situation should be:
2 from kitava (enfeeble, mark/punish)
2 from arcanist brand setup (ele weakness, mark/punish)
1 from svalinn (conductivity)
