Started with Ziz Version of this build, but it was so squishy.
A friend drew my attention to this thread and i reskilled into this.
So much better now with Svallin.
Can facetank Simulacrum bosses deathless or just die only once when it is unfavorable location. But thats ok for me.

But I wonder why I sometimes get oneshotted in maps.
Dont know the name of that monsters, but they looks like some titty bit*hes.
There are some other monsters too, but mostly these evil laser shooting things.

Maybe I missed something?
Would someone please be so kind and help me.
Thanks in advance

hello. I have reviewed your POB and here are some comments you can consider to improve your build

* You are at the point where you can make the switch to the large cluster version for more DPS and defense. See the first post in this thread for more details and a POB on the large cluster version

* Change your boot implicit from Movement Speed to Action Speed

* In POE, the game does not allow for the same suffix on a flask to be used by two different flasks. As such, you have Increased Crit Chance on both the Silver and Diamond flask as suffixes so one of these is being wasted. I would recommend changing one of them to "Reduced Effect of Curses"

* Our best defensive curse is Enfeeble. You want to make sure that is on every monster when mapping. I would move Enfeeble from your Brand set up and put it in the helmet in place of Assassins Mark. You won't have any problems maintaining power charges when mapping even with out Mark because of Disciple of the Forbidden on the tree.

* If you are ever in need of money, feel free to sell the Awakened Spell Echo. The main feature of Awakened Spell Echo is not usable on this build. So all you are getting is a small amount of cast speed for effectively 55 divines. That money can be much better spent else where or saved if you ever want to upgrade your build to use a Mageblood.

* Many of us have dropped Mind Drinker as the amulet anoint in place of Infused which synergizes better with the build. You should experiment with this and see if you no longer require the Mana QOL Mind Drinker provides.

* One of the devotion modifiers on your Militant faith does not help the build. Upgrade this jewel when you can to get both modifiers to help the build.

* I would recommend following the build guides POB configuration as close as possible so that you can make good comparisons and decisions when trying to improve. The config in this POB you linked has some things that are not considered "standard".

Thanks for the quick reply.
I forgot to delete the configuration. Just wanted to play around a bit.

Your advices helps me a lot and i have already implemented them.
Changed flask to Reduced effect of Curse, Boots to Action speed, changed Amu to Infused and Enfeeble to Kitava. I will now test it in some maps.

Got now a really nice Militant faith with reduced man cost of skills and increased elemental damage per 10 devotion.

Thanks again!

Hey guys, this is my first league and wanted to pick your brains to see which are the next lowest-hanging-fruit upgrades (either DPS or tankiness) for the build. I started with the Mageblood variant from the OP and modified it to use Badge + Ralakesh for added DPS and tankiness. Now I'm unsure what the next direction should be for upgrades. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for posting your build. You have done extremely well in your first league, congrats!!

Here are some general comments you can consider to help improve the build:

* You are missing two very strong layers of defense.

Curse Immunity
Crit Immunity

I have seen that when people swap to Badge and Ralakesh, that they opt for a two large cluster set up. This allows them to cap block with out the need to use Rumi's. In place of Rumi's you could then add a Quicksilver flask to get a ton of movement speed and a Suffix of Reduced Effect of curses to become curse immune. This version is not listed in the build guide but quite a few people have posted this version here in thread so take a look back in the thread or take a look on poeninja for some ideas of how to handle the double cluster set up.

It is difficult to become crit immune with the badge/ralakesh set up but you can get a quick and easy 50% reduced crit by just getting the corrupted Cloak of Defiance.

* Upgrade Frost Shield, Sigil of Power, Eternal Blessing, Spell Echo, and Increased Critical Damage to 21/20

* You are using the Caster Mastery "....+1 to Intensity" but you are not using the Intensify support gem in your Ice Nova setup. Intensify is one of our strongest support gems. I would highly recommend replacing Power Charge on Crit with Intensify (and set Intensity to 4 in the config as we maintain stacks of 4 very easily). You won't miss the Power Charge on Crit due to the combination of Assassins Mark and Disciple of the Forbidden on the tree.

Thanks for the quick reply! I appreciate it, truly. I got extremely lucky while levelling up and had a lvl 77 Mageblood drop on a random red map for me.

Curse Immunity: I swap out my Diamond flask and my glove enchant accordingly to maintain the fire res cap while being curse immune depending on the map I'm running (i.e., if the map says im cursed with something, I adjust flasks accordingly to counter curses). Does that mean even without curses specified in the map, I still have to worry about curses (I farm t17s almost exclusively now)?

Crit Immunity: Thanks for this tip. I'll check it out. What are your thoughts on this approach though?
https://pobb.in/-37wLLC9Hs64 (he ditched the MoM chest armor and went for spell suppress instead -- P.S. I probably dont have a quarter of the $$$ that he spent on his gear lol)

Gear: I'll upgrade the gems and go back to Intensify as advised. I have a decent Progenesis flask too in storage. Worth replacing Rumi's with it once block capped?

* If you have 100% Curse Reduction in your build, that means that you can and will be cursed when playing (either via map mods or via monster cursing you in map) but that you will take no effect from the curses.

* That is a multi mirror build you are looking at. Unless you have a lot more than 1600 divs hanging around, it is probably not worth comparing. :)

* I love Progenesis in certain builds but I am not a huge fan of it in this build but you can certainly feel free to experiment with it since you already have it in hand.
So I have a noob'ish question, I wanted to get uber Atziri done for the Feared but I keep getting squashed by reflect. Is there an "easy" trick to get her down with this build?

yes.

Follow these two steps (for this Atziri fight only)

1) Switch your minor Pantheon to Soul of Yugul (50% reduced reflected damage)

2) Buy a Sibyl's Lament ring and put it on your left ring slot (80% reduced elemental reflect damage). Put this ring on in place of your rare ring (again make sure it is your left ring slot) just before you get into the boss room.

Between the two items above you will be reflect immune.

This is the way. Shaper rings can also roll 50+% reduced reflected elemental damage. Redeemer and Shaper chests can roll 100% reduced reflected but it's probably not worth the effort, compared to a ring and minor pantheon.

You can also do it without a gear swap if you'd like. Instead of the ring, change your passive point allocation temporarily to the Elemental Mastery wheel, theres an option for 60% ele reflect reduction. (5 point cost from your current path).

For permanent/easy swaps in the future, the best way is mageblood + flask suffix % Reduced Reflected Damage
