quitting the league

Its so stupid that everything here comes to 'efficiency' and other stuff used in real life jobs.

ITS A GAME. Game is meant to be played and have fun. I just wanna listen to music, nuke monsters and drop something worthy from time to time. Simple as that.

All those strategies and stuff... why waste so much time?

Why should i compete in such terms?

OP's just unsure of how to express his FOMO. It's hard to feel content just meddling through the odd chaos drop when you only have a little bit of time to play.

I suggest you play on standard mate. You can use the currency you've generated since starting in 2019 and try some fun stuff for a bit then stop. Playing league when you don't have time is too much.

My son had just turned 1 when affliction league came out and I missed the first month of the league. Then I put every second in the evenings and his naps into farming as I knew it was going to give me the currency to make some fun builds in standard.

It's not unrealistic to think the more you invest, the more you get back. So, change your outlook and give yourself some realistic goals. Afterall, PoE is not fun without goals.

Play SSF, then it won't matter. Only person you will compete against is yourself. If you play Trade league, remember you are playing against RMT whales, Streamers who "play offline" for a day and magically have a HH the next day, people who can play 12+ hours a day, people who use Trade Site Bots, people who use grinding bots, etc... etc... etc...

Trying to keep up in trade league is a disaster for most people who don't meet the criteria above.
