Agitated Adversaries - Bugged?

I can confirm this. Killed her thrice with my holy relic build without taking damage but no message popped up ( failed/complete both). Next run killed it with my molten strike trickster and got the achievement.

Ive also been struggling with this. I am in a party, no minions. Didnt know my partner needed to also dodge the stuff.

Will try and get them to also dodge the waves and see if that helps.

Ive never seen the failure message, and I do check that it's lvl83 zone

Apologies for necro-ing the thread, but I'm also seeing this bug on Phrecia. Didn't get hit by the sculpture wave, no minions active, etc. No challenge pop-up appearance at all regardless of fail or complete. Any help?
