Im answered that runes still can be converted throw vendor recipe until top one(power) if they don't drop a single time.
If you need 40 power runes - that must be some top-tier grade enchant - use trade if you playing on trade league , or grind your way on SSF, you are able to ship 3x ship every 30 mins out , that will bring back 1-3 tier 1-7 runes.
No one said - that top tier enchants will be easy to acquire,and you can casually get them on your weapons in 1 week of playtime.
Grind them or use trade - thats it.
Also stop complaying that Power runes don't drop - they do , just not fot you and me, because its RNG based.
Have a few dudes in friendlist who's got like 5-7 already just by killing Admiral/Black Night.
Also watching few streamers and they're also getting some of them.
Crying like a little baby that most rare rune - rarely drops - its like complaying in every single league that ~200 players looting mirrors from the ground - and you are never in this amount.

I'm not the person you originally replied to. I have 4 power runes. I also have ZERO time runes.
I'm just super disappointed that the top-tier rune enchants are for the top 0.1% zoomers on sc trade league only. No one else can actually get enough runes to make them.

Also league challenge requires a power rune, if you don't play trade might be gg.

Dunno if a bug or just me but on kingsmarch, when I use any movement skill or when I talk to any npc then move, there's a small chance the game freeze for a few seconds

I would honestly love this game but literally EVERY LEAGUE at least one of our guildmembers games keeps crashing.
This league I am the unlucky one.
Yesterday I tried to do a single map for 6 hours and couldn't do it.
I can't fathom that an 11 year old game STILL has very frequent crash issues and noone does a single thing about it.
