Playerbase you say? As usual people always make the mistake of assuming they know what the player base wants. As in every game only 5 or 10% of the players post regularly in forums and Reddit. And those are usually the top players. So you really have no way whatsoever to know what the player base wants. When you read online is usually the top players getting very angry about things that only they care about


You're literally turning this whole argument upside down. It's definitely not a "vocal minority" (also I don't give a shit about Reddit). Just because YOU do not agree doesn't mean it's not the feeling of the majority.

Also, how the fuck would you know what endgame mapping and loot is like when you're lvl 87 still in yellow maps ? Not that there's anything wrong with that, eveyrone takes the game at their pace, but you just cannot decently think you have a say in the matter when you literally have not even experienced it.

Go to any community, any discord, any twitch chat, and ask any sample of players who are actually playing endgame content. I GUARANTEE you 70 to 90% will tell you that the loot is dogshit and you're basically forced to play around either random loot tiles like exiles or deli, or run T17 to pick up literally thousands of scarab per hour to make currency.

Also the fact that wildwood and sentinel are dogshit mechanics that don't add any loot, just difficulty (especially wildwood) and were just put in as Trailer Bait to make people wanna play the league. Recombs are not even in the same dimension as what they used to be, but at least they're somewhat useful for SSF players so I guess that's something.

The very subject is endgame mapping, juicing and endgame loot in general. Of course all the players who are taking things slow and are still in early maps don't care about this, and they don't share this opinion because they aren't affected (yet). But the problem IS THERE and it needs to be fixed.

I came to firing nearly whole population in town alrdy after fully upgraded it. Tried all, had some fun, but overall leagues name is like: baited expectations or..

So, desided not to tolerate the level of stress produced by gold farming to sustain town needs, and sent all overpayer pops to maps from where they never returned!

That is great and all, but you know what else is forcing players into doing things they don’t want to? That is t17 maps. They force people to play the few builds that can handle all the silly random crap possible rolls that are on them. T16 maps are not even profitable enough to bother running with scarabs anymore. Scarabs are priced for the t17 juicers. There needs to be some major changes to address this issue. It’s not very fun trying to barely scrape by in t16 content. Another thing: when is mapping going to be as great as Sanctum? It’s pretty silly how that one boring league mechanic ended up being the most profitable thing in the game. Maps are the true endgame, and they should be the most lucrative aspect of the game. Can we also get better map sustain? All these favorite slots don’t seem to do much. We should be able to sustain a favorite map and run it if we want. You really need to bump the “Chance for one monster in each of your maps to drop an additional connected map” nodes to 3% so we can achieve 100% on them again. That’s 34 nodes we have to sacrifice for that, which seems pretty reasonable to me to allow reaching 100%.
So once again, changes aren't there to make the game more fun, it's just to for more PR, making players feel good when with a change that doesn't actually affect them and ignoring things experienced by all players at all levels, ie, how poor ground loot is and how terrible it is to use scarabs outside of the chosen mechanic you've decided to spec into.
T16 loot sucks.

You deleted MF because players were forced to equip the same unique items and play same builds - so you killed all the builds that some amount of players wants to play. You didn't balance general item quantity and item rarity, you didn't balance party quantity where all the problems with game economy exist, but you destroyed ground loot. What we see now? Casual players forced to play the same builds to farm sanctum/heist or t17 to get scarabs for party players.

Your point of view was "complexity and challenges should be rewardable" but what we see? Useless recombinators, zero lot from sentinels and wildwoods buffs, zero profits from non-meta farm. To see profits from Kalgur leagmechanic players forced to farm 24/7 to get gold to send 5kk ship and received 2div in 4 hours.

This league was with the biggest expectations for me as a player after Legion/Ritual but it comes with the greatest disappointment of all time

I am just upset that you destroy all the fun that peoples want to see.

It's the most alive league of all leagues... what do you mean? Stop wasting time on Reddit and enjoy the game.
FYI, this change is not even close to being sufficient enough and everything you mentioned in this post will be still ongoing.
