Welcome to the game us non MF players have been playing since Kalandra with it starting in Sentinel. Every time they nerfed the base rates to reign in group play and MF we felt the brunt of it. Luckily Tota and Affliction plastered over it but now that is gone you get to see what Chris' post Ruthless crusade feels like.

If MF is dead, then the overall quantity of chase items in the economy will be reduced, increasing prices. Mageboob costs much more this league than in necropolis, but it's still early days so that comparison maybe isn't ideal.
People can produce more currency now due to T17s and various farming mechanics, but if the overall pool of chase items is heavily reduced, will it balance out? It was the MF "no-lifers" generating the majority of the T0 uniques and so if that entire dynamic's gone, what will happen? Could just be that an entire part of the community dies off and there's less chase items available as a result moving forward. The scorn and vitriol people have towards those who MF will manifest in some other form of faux indignation once MF is truly dead. I'm struggling to come up with new goals to keep me playing this game.
